Interest Rate History
This chart shows how interest rates for loans in the various credit grades have changed over time. Lending Club sets the interest rates for you, so this isn't quite as interesting as the similar chart for Prosper interest rate activity. However, it does give you an idea of how Lending Club is adjusting rates to stay competitive and offer and appropriate risk/return for lenders. Also keep in mind that natural fluctuations in loan amounts and credit breakdowns (A1 vs. A5 for example) over time may make the rates appear to change when they actually are not. The 14 day moving average used in this chart attempts to compensate for that effect.
