Loans By Status
This pie chart shows a breakdown of all Lending Club loans older than one month by status. The data shown in the chart is by dollars, rather than by loan count. The same data, both by loan count and dollars and including loans less than one month old is also shown in the table below. Since most Lending Club loans are still very new (as you can see from this chart) you probably shouldn't read too much into the very high current rate yet, but it certainly is a very positive sign.
One note about the difference between "Issued" and "Current" statuses. A loan is put into "Issued" status after it originates and stays there until the first payment is billed. If the payment is made, it will switch to "Current" and if it is not made, it will switch to "< 30 Days Late". This helps to separate those loans that are not yet old enough to have made a payment from those for which at least one payment has been billed.
